Hello friends. As some of you might know from Twitter and Instagram, I made it to the West Coast before the East Coast blizzard! I am so happy we left Brooklyn when we did because one week later and we would probably be stranded in a few feet of snow somewhere between New York and Texas.
My cross-country trip was amazing. We drove through thirteen states, four time zones, mountains, deserts, and more. I saw parts of the country that I never imagined could be so beautiful (New Mexico, I am talking to you!) Now I am settling into living in California and pinching myself at how close we live to the ocean. My cross-country adventures will be up soon.
I am diving head first into my travel planning for the year, much of which will consist of exploring California. I really cannot get over the beauty of the coastline here in Santa Cruz. It’s gorgeous here and it is a HUGE state to explore.
I hope to see and meet many of you either here in California or at one of the conferences I am attending over the next year. If you plan on attending any of these events, let me know!
