Spring is always a wonderful season for the gluten-free community, and I am thrilled to be a part of two incredible events in the coming weeks. Whether you are tuning into a webinar from home or joining me in person, here is where we can “meet” to discuss gluten-free travel!

FREE WEBINAR

I am honored to join the National Celiac Association as an expert panelist for their upcoming Ask the Experts Live! webinar. After more than 40 years living (and traveling!) with celiac disease, I’ve learned a thing or two about navigating airports, foreign menus, and hotel kitchens while staying safe and sane.
This free, one-hour panel will be a lively conversation with fellow gluten-free travel voices, packed with practical, real-world tips for vacationing safely with celiac disease or gluten-related conditions. Whether you’re a nervous first-time traveler or a seasoned adventurer looking to level up, you’ll walk away feeling inspired and ready to explore.
The session will be recorded, so if you can’t make it live, you can register and catch it later. Moderated by Chris Rich from the National Celiac Association, this is sure to be a lively and inspiring travel conversation.
Gluten Free Garage 12th Annual Festival
Sunday, May 31, 2026
Wychwood Barns
601 Christie Street, Toronto, Ontario, M6G 4C6

If you’re anywhere near Toronto in late May, put this on your calendar right now. The Gluten Free Garage is THE gluten-free festival in Canada with 75+ carefully vetted vendors, 100% gluten-free food, and a community atmosphere that genuinely feels like a celebration.
This year I’ll be at the Celiac Canada booth for the Ask the Expert session. Come find me so we can say hello in real life! I always love to meet new people, chat travel tips, answer your celiac questions, and swap stories about life on the road with a dietary restriction.
After following Gluten Free Garage online for YEARS, I am so excited to finally attend in person. Let me know if you plan on attending!
After more than four decades of navigating life with celiac disease, events like these are exactly why I do what I do. Meeting gluten-free friends, sharing my lifelong experience, and the joy of sharing gluten-free food together never gets old to me. I hope to see you soon!
