2023 Year in Review: Gluten-Free Globetrotter Travels

While it hasn’t been my busiest travel year, it has been a fun one.

I added my 25th country (Dominican Republic) and my 38th state (South Carolina) to my travel roster.

We traveled to see our family in Mexico where my son truly felt like he was at home.

We had more family visit us from Wisconsin, Virginia, France, and Germany.

We explored New York City and Brooklyn.

We saw the world through my son’s eyes which is really the best travel gift ever. He is still asking if we can go back to the Dominican Republic or even move there.

And all of my travels were totally gluten-free, as always! I never let my celiac disease stop me from exploring around the world.
