Gluten-Free Globetrotter Back Story
Shortly after I founded Gluten-Free Globetrotter in 2011, a friend with celiac disease approached me to help plan her gluten-free travels in Amsterdam and Spain. I jumped at the opportunity. I actually enjoy travel planning and all of the research involved with gluten-free travel. That initial gluten-free itinerary helped me launch my consulting services. To date, I have helped dozens of celiac travelers plan their gluten-free vacations. I love empowering other gluten-free travelers with the confidence and tools they need to navigate their gluten-free trips around the globe.
The most popular request I receive through Gluten-Free Globetrotter is where to eat gluten-free in New York City. As a local New Yorker, living with celiac for more than 40 years, I have plenty of experience of eating gluten-free in New York City. Plus, I simply love living in New York and I want everyone to have the best experience possible while visiting and eating gluten-free in NYC.
