Gluten-Free Globetrotter on Thatch: Travel Guides, Personalized Planning and More

I am beyond excited to announce that I just launched my Gluten-Free Globetrotter Travel Shop on This shop is your one-stop-shop for all of my Gluten-Free Globetrotter travel guides, maps, customized gluten-free itineraries, celiac travel consulting services, New York city itineraries, and more.

Gluten-Free Globetrotter Back Story

Shortly after I founded Gluten-Free Globetrotter in 2011, a friend with celiac disease approached me to help plan her gluten-free travels in Amsterdam and Spain. I jumped at the opportunity. I actually enjoy travel planning and all of the research involved with gluten-free travel. That initial gluten-free itinerary helped me launch my consulting services. To date, I have helped dozens of celiac travelers plan their gluten-free vacations. I love empowering other gluten-free travelers with the confidence and tools they need to navigate their gluten-free trips around the globe.

The most popular request I receive through Gluten-Free Globetrotter is where to eat gluten-free in New York City. As a local New Yorker, living with celiac for more than 40 years, I have plenty of experience of eating gluten-free in New York City. Plus, I simply love living in New York and I want everyone to have the best experience possible while visiting and eating gluten-free in NYC.

What is is a unique website and smartphone app (available on both iOS and Android) that allows travel creators to provide their authentic insider knowledge to their audiences. It also allows me to provide you with personalized travel content in a much more streamlined way. I can customize my content to meet your gluten-free travel needs. Thatch allows for lifetime access to any purchases, instant updates to my edited maps, easy downloads, and the ability to book me directly for gluten-free travel consultations. Basically, Thatch streamlines all of the gluten-free personalization I can provide to my customers.

Future of Gluten-Free Globetrotter

You may be wondering what this means for the Gluten-Free Globetrotter website. The good news is that nothing is changing here! My blog will continue to provide you with my personal gluten-free travel stories, guest blog posts, celiac announcements and more. The Gluten-Free Globetrotter Travel Shop on Thatch will simply consolidate tools for future travel clients.

I decided to launch my shop on Thatch with New York City content because this is the city I know and love the most. In my shop you will find both FREE and paid guides as well as a direct link for my celiac travel consultation services that focus on New York City and beyond.

To celebrate my launch, I’m giving you a special 10% discount on all my consultation services. Don’t forget to use the code GFG-BLOG-LAUNCH when scheduling your 30-minute New York City consultation call.

I would love for you to check out my guides and services and let me know what you think. You can leave a comment below or email me directly at gfglobetrotter at
