Gluten-Free Travel Talk with Live Free Canada

Erin Smith talks Gluten-Free Travel + Celiac Globetrotting An episode of The Living Free + Well Podcast

Globetrotting the Gluten-Free World!

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of talking with sisters Pam and Anna Kruusi of Live Free Canada and the Living Free + Well Podcast. These sisters are both living in Canada and either have celiac disease or food intolerances. I was super excited to talk to them, especially since both my sister and I have celiac disease and our grandmother is from Canada. Nothing like keeping it in the family!

These ladies share my passion for traveling while living gluten-free and totally embrace not letting celiac disease or food allergies stop them from seeing the world. The also love New York City and I hope we get to share a gluten-free meal here soon.

In this interview, I share my personal celiac history, my top travel tips, and my favorite gluten-free friendly restaurants in New York City.
