Last spring, I was a co-presenter on a National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) webinar called “Gluten-Free Travel: Making Your Own Rules for the Road.” This webinar focused on two key topics: learning how to approach gluten-free travel from a variety of
strategies and top tips for getting safe accommodations at hotels, restaurants, and airlines.
As we head into August, I thought many readers (including myself) are finishing up their summer travels. It is never too late for a reminder of best practices when traveling gluten-free. You can download the slides directly or you can bookmark this page for future reference. Please go ahead and share this link as well.
