Thank you for 4 years of Gluten-Free Globetrotter® readership. Here’s to many more years of gluten-free travel and exciting updates to Gluten-Free Globetrotter

I am so excited to announce that today is the fourth anniversary of the launch of Gluten-Free Globetrotter. When I first put this together four years ago, I never imagined all of the amazing global connections I would have made through this website. I’ve connected with bloggers from Spain, Croatia, Sweden, Argentina and beyond. I have helped countless individuals navigate gluten-free in New York City and beyond. I’ve spoken at conferences in New York, Texas, and virtually via webinars to the world. I was featured in global publications including a book from Italy, a magazine in Argentina, and an interview in China. I even hosted a gluten-free gourmet weekend where we ate and drank ourselves silly in Vermont.

In the past four years, I have also traveled to ten countries, three continents, and countless states. I have celiac disease and always travel 100% gluten-free. I have consumed delicious dishes across the globe and brought home tons of gluten-free food souvenirs.

My mission with Gluten-Free Globetrotter is simple: encourage others to travel the world despite a celiac diagnosis and being gluten-free. If I have convinced just one person to plan a gluten-free vacation, then my mission is complete.

Thank you all for your readership, support, comments, and kind emails over the past four years. They mean the world to me! Stay tuned for more exciting new things from Gluten-Free Globetrotter coming soon.
