Gluten-Free Friendly Restaurants in St. John’s, Newfoundland

One week from today, I will be touring around St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada for the very first time. I am so excited to be in a new city and especially excited to attend the Canadian Celiac Association National Conference, the real purpose of my trip.

None of my gluten-free travels are complete without eating my way through the new city. I reached out to my Gluten-Free Globetrotter Facebook friends as well as the Canadian Celiac Association Facebook followers for suggestions of where to eat gluten-free food while in St. John’s. The response was so great and I have a long list of places to eat while in St. John’s.

To view the fully compiled list, please visit the Canadian Celiac Association conference website.

Note from the CCA: This list is compiled by people who have had experiences eating at restaurants in St. John’s. Many restaurants do not have dedicated gluten free menus but many such as the chain restaurants have their menus marked. Most restaurants in the St. John’s area can accommodate gluten free especially if you call ahead of time. This list is not exhaustive.

Note from me: Be sure to remember to speak to your waitstaff, manager, and/or chef if you have any questions or concerns about your meal!
