Welcome to Gluten-Free Globetrotter

Hello friends,

Welcome to my new website, Gluten-Free Globetrotter. I am very excited about this new endeavor. As some of you know, I have been writing Gluten-Free Fun since 2007 and have had a lot of fun with that blog. I am continuing to write Gluten-Free Fun regularly, but wanted to branch out. This is my newest project.

Being gluten-free is my life. As someone diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 1981 at the age of three, living gluten-free has been my entire life. I’ve been through school, gone on countless family vacations, been away to college, and over the past six years really embracing the travel bug. To learn more about me and my story, please view my About Me page.

My goal with this new blog is to encourage those of you on a gluten-free diet or any other restricted diet to not be afraid to leave home and explore the world. This can be as simple as trying a new local restaurant in your hometown or as ambitious as taking a round-the-world gluten-free tour. My mission is for you to embrace your gluten-freeness and live your life to the fullest!

May is Celiac Awareness Month and I just got back from the Czech Republic. If this isn’t a great reason to launch this new Gluten-Free Globetrotter website, I don’t know what is!

Welcome and I hope you enjoy Gluten-Free Globetrotter.com. I look forward to sharing my gluten-free traveling experiences with my readers.

Safe gluten-free travels!
