After blogging here for almost 15 years, this blog kind of fell off. I have dozens of notes, drafts, and ideas floating around in notebooks and on spreadsheets, yet nothing was published since last June. YIKES!
That said, I have been very active elsewhere across the digital world over the past few months. I have a monthly newsletter, recently hit 20,000 followers on Instagram, and have two super active Facebook groups devoted to traveling with celiac.
