We all need something to look forward to these days. For me, I am starting early by trying to get into the holiday spirit. Normally, I would scoff at anyone putting out Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving. But this year, I think we can agree that we all are craving some holiday cheer. Just today, I noticed my local business improvement district started putting up Christmas lights and this made me so happy.
While our holidays might look VERY different this year, it is still a good idea to learn how to prepare for a gluten-free holiday season. From traveling, to being a houseguest, and even hosting your own holiday celebrations, trying to keep yourself and loved ones gluten-free can be daunting. Not to worry! I am teaming up with the Celiac Disease & Gluten Free Support Group of The Kogan Celiac Center of RWJBarnabas Health to share top tips for surviving the holidays.
Join us on Thursday, November 19th at 5pm EST from the comfort of your own home for this virtual support group event. Pre-registration is required but you do not need to be a current member of the group. All are welcome!
