Living with celiac disease since 1981 and eating gluten-free long before it was “trendy”, Erin Smith has a unique perspective of growing up in the gluten-free community. Erin founded her first blog Gluten-Free Fun in 2007 to share her lifelong experiences of growing up with celiac disease. In 2011, after a solo trip to the Czech Republic and her first gluten-free beer on tap in Prague, Erin founded Gluten-Free Globetrotter. This website shares Erin’s passion for travel and encourages those with celiac disease to travel the world. To date, Erin has been to 33 states and 21 countries.
