Yes, it is true. I am now a Mrs. Gluten-Free Globetrotter!!! Planning a wedding is not easy. Planning a New York City wedding from California is even more of a challenge. Thank goodness for email, phone, and direct flights via Jet Blue from San Jose to New York City. It’s been a busy few months but it all paid off. My wedding was 100% gluten-free and I married my love. That’s a win-win in my book!
A few of our highlights include wedding guests from SIX countries (USA, Canada, Mexico, France, Germany, and Spain), a mariachi band, and getting to see all of our friends and family in the same room at the same time.
As I catch up on work, life, and blogging, I will leave you with some of my favorite pictures from our wedding day.

Congratulations, Señora GFGBTTR-Loaiza! Your dream wedding, came true – a good, loving handsome man and gluten free eats and treats shared with loving friends and family. What a beginning. Kudos all around. Carry on well!
CONGRADULATIONS!
I know how you feel about long distance wedding planning.
I did the same thing a Long Time Ago.
California girl married in Connecticut! Very Challenging!
Couldn’t take Connecticut so moved back to San Francisco Bay Area.
Still here after All the Years. Love it.
Best Wishes!!
Congratulations to the both of you and may all your dreams come true. Wishing you the best of happiness, peace, love, joy and good health. Much love, Marianne
Love the photos, especially the GF cake and your gorgeous hair! So wonderful to hear all went well, and hopefully you’ll be able to take a honeymoon soon!
Congratulations on your marriage. Your blog is very useful! My 15 year old son has Celiac and we live in NYC. I’m looking at your 2014 issue of Gluten free restaurant week. It is still pretty relevant but do you possibly have an updated one? Many thanks!

Hi Denise, thanks for the kind words! I don’t have an updated list at this time but I will look into it. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
Thank you!
